Gabrielle is from the Ancient Valley, where the Primordial Dino people took shelter when the great cataclysm struck, wiping out their people stuck beyond the great mountains. Using their technology they persevered, rebuilding a small settlement of their formerly great civilization. They used all their power to keep themselves as they were, sealing away their evolution so they would not change, creating the mist to hide their valley from the creatures that grew and advanced beyond the mountains. Eons later, Gabrielle was born, and when a meteorite for a moment cut through the mist, giving her a glimpse of the sky, stars, and the world beyond, She decided she would not die here as the rest had, stagnating and never advancing.
