Been meaning to get this done for a while now. Neon has kinda had a total overhaul, especially her cutiemark. I'm still not sold on it, but its growing on me.

Neon is half pegasus, and half zebra. She owns a little art shop in Cloudsdale and lives above it in a small flat. She enjoys flying and creating art, and makes her living designing some of the posters and fliers for the Wonderbolts.

I'll probably add a bit more to this description when I'm not quite so tired, Just wanted to get it uploaded.
