Skid is an electrician by trade; being rubber and therefore electrically nonconductive is a handy thing in that trade. he usually finds himself inside walls either routing a wire or inspecting for damage.
Sometimes that damage is caused by common house pests, and sometimes these pests are still present upon time of the repair. To solve this problem, Skid has a custom 'stopping rifle' chambered for the 2.7mm kolibri round. its not big to a normal person, but to skid its a lot of firepower, and is usually plenty to stop a charging rat.
