been throwing around the idea of a bilgewater skin for ekko (pirate themed, basically) since the bilgewater event started on league, so here a rough initial concept
theres likely to be changes at some point, this was v fast & loose and i didnt really even look at other bilgewater champs/skins for proper inspo but. yeah. i just want more ekko skins rito pls ;__;
