This is one of my Big Bad Guy characters, King Nox Noctis. During a moment of upheaval he seized the opportunity to challenge the former Gauzehead King to a duel, and well…he succeeded, and he's been quite happily ruling most of Cernuus ever since. I mean sure, occasionally he has to squash a rebellion or two, but it's nothing he can't handle.

I only drew this design after watching Wander Over Yonder because it made me remember how FUN villains can be. I've no idea if this is a final design or not, ffff.
