I saw him in a dream - a man who had sworn allegiance to his lord even should they cross paths in war. They parted for years, across land and sea both, until they met again in the heart of a sacred forest.

The forest had kept his lord alive, but in the end, it was the man's choice: to let his lord die and the people near him to survive, or to let an innocent woman and her child die in his lord's place.

He could not decide....
