Sitku is a cross between an arctic fox and a kistune (Dad being a kistune), and his odd markings come from being a half breed.

While he spends most of his time in an antro form, he won't pass up the opportunity to change to feral form as this feels more natural to him. He is capable of changing his size and shape, however with a minor restriction --he cannot create more mass then his normal anthro form. So while he can shrink down (as he usually does) he cannot grow any larger on his own. Sitku also tends to be a little puggy regardless of being able to control his size.

While he still maintains some of the kistune abilities some aren't as powerful or he can't perform properly. Such as fox fire, which he has a difficult time controlling without burning himself.
