So I wanted to ask for this character on an art trade but it turns out I’ve drawn this character last time like a year ago and I just… no. No. Need to draw him with more current art style to have a reference…

Anyway, Darrin. OC of mine. He's actually not a human but was from a soft sci-fi/space opera 'verse of mine and thus is an "alien", at least from our perspective. I'm not really sure what I want to do with that 'verse, but I still like the characters so I want to do something. It just turns out that I'm not cut for space opera things, because while I went for cotton candy soft sci-fi from the start I can't stop myself overthinking things.

Might rework the 'verse to a magic tech -type setting and try again, I AM, as said, rather fond of the characters.
