Hatespeaker Irene. There is more stuff about Speaking abilities in that other submission I linked so no point repeating myself in that regard. Hatespeaking is... emotion manipulation, essentially. Well, it is a bit more than that, but if you have a single seed of self-hatred in yourself, her Hatespeaking skill can push you to kill yourself out of self-loathing. If your husband annoys you a bit, she can make you kill him. It's not direct mind control because you need to have a spec of negative emotion in you for her to work, it can be resisted and it definitely needs skill to pull off.

She used to have a full face, but lost it after rallying people into attacking a wife of one specific character, resulting in the suicide of the said wife. The man, who also had special powers, snapped and mindcontrolled her into cutting off part of her face. She's a pretty horrible person so she did have it coming, but he later realized that it was not a nice thing to to even to such a horrible person as Irene is, and has refused to use his power ever since.

Yeaah.
It's that kind of a story.

I'm not 100% sold on her color scheme but I'm not really sure what color I should make her wear. I also have the problem of "how the hell do I write accent for someone who speaks without lips" but we'll see about that later, I guess.
