Whilst at a friend's house some time back, I was sketching away when I came up with this scene. I started with the werewolf reaching up towards a tree limb as if to escape from something, that something became a bog/quicksand/muck. I added Sven the gray werewolf behind him, Bacraut the brown slightly chubby werewolf in the front, and then Istrol the black werewolf in the back, finally Grigol to the side.

The scene was one of dramatics with them trying to save each other rather than working together, a common problem with this group of wolves. I did a Viking look which I liked. Overall I like the image but the comic that I was working on for this was one of those that I just never got around to finishing. Story just became too long.
