Werewolf Wednesday: Claude O'Conaill

Silvermane

Part of an illustrated story idea that I will be developing and will be revealed on Patreon at the start of November but for now here's a brief synopsis

Set in the Victorian Era London coping with the reality that werewolves, vampires, demons are real and the problems that presents we meet a down and out Daniel Westin whose running late from a dinner party he was actually moon lighting as a servant cater at. Forgetting that night is a full moon, missing the last carriage ride home, he runs a foul of a black ominous beastly shadow with red eyes, curiously he is 'saved', if one can called being tossed around like a rag doll such, by a similar sized ruddy brown werewolf, whom he later discovers is none other than the very lecherous, frequently drunk, and pretty uncivil werewolf Lord Claude O'Conaill. Who maybe the newest available English society werewolf but more importantly to Daniel is that Lord O'Conaill is friends with the curator of the British museum.

Daniel is a book worm, loves reading hence his interest in the British museum. Lord O'Conaill is more interested in ale, booze, and the posteriors of good looking men. Scandalous in his lewdness the Lord does keep the werewolves in line and good thing as English society reels from supernatural acceptance, the disappearance of British museum staff, blame is put on Daniel when he is discovered there after hours, a good book is hard to put down after all, and most mysterious of all is the new Dashwood Club for Exploration.

Claude O'Conaill and Daniel Westin belong to me.
