Victoria is a female Cuban mouse. She is the daughter of a big drug cartel family who falls in love with the heir of an Italian rat mafia. Her brother Francisco is the current leader of the cartel group.

The cartels and the mafia don't really have much fondness for each other so Victoria and Jionni's love is taboo.
