A ref of my Femboy Doxi character Rascal. He was an experiment by a scientist/dachshund breeder and the only puppy that survived from the litter. His blue bits glow in the dark and really glow under a black light. The blue bits on his fur dont glow its the skin underneath that glow, the fur is just sparser in these areas so the glow shows.

He is a femboy and very flamboyant but very dominant! While he is a tease and likes to be naked he isnt as slutty as he seems.
