It's Pururun / Polly Esther from Samurai Pizza Cats! This is the first upload I've ever done of her. It's a birthday gift for DatPizzaCat, because I really appreciate the amount of work he puts into drawing the good lewds of this amazing 1990s anime. It's also one of my favorite shows of all time!
