As much as he loves going for long dives on his own, something he can easily indulge in whenever he wants to with his particular talent, company is something that is important too, especially when Hearth's Warming approaches.

It's a time of coziness, warmth, gifts, corny plays and playing in the snow, and just because he's especially resistant due to both being a pegasus and a diver, that doesn't mean he doesn't dress for the cold nonetheless, he's no yak, after all.
Though with how much cuteness he's channeling here, the cold might be least of the worries of those particularly susceptible to cuteness-related medical issues~
