After Shinxu's Story - part 3 was posted, I took a bit of a hiatus from drawing. I've wanted to draw this character from the story when I got back to it, now I finally have. 

Meet Scarlett, Shinxu's biological mother. 
The goal with her design was to give her a unique identity while also resembling Shinxu. Her clothes and eye make-up are the royal attire of the Everburn Kingdom, where she is Queen. 

She's experienced pain and tragedy, but now that she has reunited with her son, she hopes to put the past behind her and look forward to a happier life, one step at a time.
