Delilah is a character introduced in Part 1. She met the orphaned child Shinxu when he was 10, and became his adopted mother. Over 14 years she's raised him to be the kind-hearted pharaoh he is today. 

As you can see by the original cropped doodle I put in this ref, she certainly was in need of a glow-up, as well as a few design changes. Maybe now I'll be motivated to draw her in more stuff x3
