Well I've never tried a transparent image like this before, so figured I'd give it a go. It needs work lol, but its a start

Anywho, seems Shinden got tricked into being the willing test subject for another ray gun device. Either this was the intended result or the raygun needs work. Luckily the bubble wolf cant be popped, but I think hes about to go for a flight.
