The vulture guy is Pryce. Vincent rents a room at his place cause they used to be friends, but Pryce is a broke jerk who constantly made his friends pay for his shit so they turned to hate each other. Too proud to get a job, Vincent's rent money is his only income, and the reason why Vincent knows Pryce won't kick him out.
