Fuck this year.

We've lost too much this year, from the beautifully artistic and creative types to our country's so-called "democracy" somehow failing and allowing us to legally usher in a misogynistic, xenophobic, sexist, bigoted racist, idiotic internet trolling cunt with thinner skin than li'l ole grandma hitting the triple digits in age.

The fact that Holocaust survivors are likening this man to Hitler should have sent up an alarming amount of red flags across the country, but then again, our country celebrates racism and bigotry while others are ashamed of theirs.

This year is fucked. Next year is fucked. We've lost too many, and inherited even worse. I kind of believe that the electoral college results and losing Carrie Fisher was a snapping point for me. She was one of a kind. She was strong, she was brilliant, she was incredibly intelligent and beautiful. She was sassy and took no fucks. She was unapologetic about being herself and speaking out in favour of equality. She will be missed.
