A little under 3 years ago I met someone that would completely turn my world upside down. We started chatting online like most furries do, then we started hanging out. He was a green dragon and an absolute sweetheart. I developed a crush, reluctantly I might add, rather quickly. But I was convinced that he would never be interested in me. No one was ever interested before, why would he? The months went on and he asked me to go with him and a friend to Rainfurrest, I more then happily said yes. I had never been to a fur con before. My mom and I had a screaming match over it, but I was determined to go.

That weekend was probably the best weekend I ever had. I had never been around so many furries, and this dragon I barely met was showed me around. He would hold my hand, make sure I was comfortable, and never let me wander alone for to long. I thought it was cute, but I didn't think anything of it. I started texting my best friend to try and see this guy did have a thing for me, I didn't wanna jump to conclusions. My friend just laughed it off.

Then the next morning came, I was half awake and I felt someone hug me. It wasn't anything weird, not with how my friends were. Then he kissed me and that was that.

That was almost 2 years ago now. And they have been the best two years that I've had. You have helped me become a better person. When I first met you I was a depressed, overweight, mess that had...nothing. I was stuck in an endless circle that I thought would never end. I had no self esteem or confidence.

We've already been through so much together. Ups and downs. I always look forward to seeing you after work and spending my days with you. I look forward to going to conventions and having fun.
