Alright, this might be a long-shot but... sweats, tanktop, hanging on a thing... do you do parkour? This picture screams traceur.

Last time, we went through rolls, and a variety of vaults (kongs, speed, and lazy vaults), and a few basic combos.
I'm thinking of running it again for the coming RMFC, but I may be shifting the focus this time to mental aspects (which is the part I love best about parkour!). I haven't decided yet, though. ^^

Ah, so like overcoming the mental barriers? You know that calm zen-like state of mind when you're looking at a scary jump? It's like, you're scared, you're heart is pounding, then suddenly you get complete control over your body and senses, you jump, and your adrenaline doesn't even spike. I love that so much...

Exactly that kind of stuff! Taming the inner voices, breaking free of self-imposed limitations, and all of that. I'm now sure how to organize it yet, but I kind of think it'd be really fun to do something focusing all around that!

Yeah that would be great! I'd help but my local con is FC, and I'm not sure how I would get to RMFC. If you wanna we can PM and toss some ideas around!
