Full Name: Seren Azuris Duskflare (/Ser-in/ /aZ-ər-əs/ /dəsk-fler/)
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral or Lawful Evil
Nickname: The Bad Pun Dragon
Species: Dragonkin(Dragon)
Race: Draco Africanus (Wyvern)
Sub-Species: Smoke/Suit Dragon, indicated by coloration of scales. Often a dark gray, light gray, or charcoal color. Never entirely black. But in reality the species is the illusive Enigmatic Dragon or Enigmatic Wyvern. Acquiring its name after displaying a wide variety of abilities pertaining to the sub-species. Either of the three works. But more on the Enigmatic sub-species later.

Age: Immortal/Cannon die from old age. Approximately six-thousand years.

~ Personality ~

Often shy around new people, introverted, and mostly likes to keep to himself. He can be very very bubbly when he gets to know you, and may even talk your ears off. Has a dark sense of humor and likes to pop off bad puns.

~ Abilities & Extra Facts ~

Magnetic Aura. Is surrounded by a magical/electromagnetic aura. Violet in color.

Plasma Breath: An ability that allows Seren to belch forth a cloud of super heated gas, that is often heated and electrified. Can be shaped into a ball by means of magnetic force. Often comes in shades of purple.

Cold Fusion: Seren possesses a peculiar ability to spew liquid nitrogen from a storage sac inside his body. This sac produces ammonia naturally. And he is often on the hunt for anything that produces hyrdogen to keep it supplied to chemically bond with the ammonia.

Telepathy. Has the ability to receive telepathic transmissions via his horns.

Levitation: His bones and horns are composed of a type of metal, often depending on geographic location. They allow him to levitate via the electromagnetic aura surrounding him.

Radiant Lights: Seren has markings on his body, in the form of colorful bands. These brightly colored bands give off a light source, most likely from a chemical compound stored some where in the body.. They can even flash or pulse, depending on his mood. The following indicates what to look out for (slow pulse=content/happy/trust / double blink=pissed off / fast pulse=excited / strobe=sexy time / solid glow=sad/depressed/exhausted / triple blink=confused / single blink=scared/afraid /solid followed by one blink=surprised /off or dormant=disgust or he just doesn't like you

~ Bio ~

Seren is an Enigmatic Wyvern, from a plane of existence known as The Ever. It is a place where magic runs wild and time its self has stopped. It is mostly based in the medieval age, nearly a direct copy of the European Midieval era, only humans have been replaced by upright, anthropomorphic beings. Sort of an alteration of our existence, only never advancing, stuck in a sort of purgatory of the past.

He hails from a bloodline called D'ruu G'all ( /dro͞o-ɡīl/). English translation: Duskflare. His Sire Ademos D'ruu G'all, and his, Dam Fascilla An'ur (/ôn-o͞o-ər/). Though he never had the chance of meeting his father, as his body was destroyed and his jewel was sold to a bounty hunter ages ago. He lived most of his past life wandering the galaxy in search of his father's Jewel, to give his mother closure, but was unsuccessful. As it was either destroyed or lost to time its self. Now he only wanders a more selfless journey in hopes of meeting other like-minded beings or just to have a good time.

Seren though, has a bit of a bi-polarity issue, sometimes he can be dark, nasty or even downright hurtful. And other times he is sweet, curious, and bubbly. It has to do with his own jewel which was chipped years ago. Fracturing or damaging a dragon's heart stone can often lead to personality issues or even sudden changes in mood. He now carries it with him in a pocket if he feels unsafe, or around his neck if he trusts the person invading his space. Even destroying a piece of this heartsone can cause major emotional swings.

You will often find Seren enjoying his heavy music or reading a book. He loves water, deep woods, and late night walks. Catch him in any of these situations and he'll most likely be comfortable talking to you. But at times he can be timid, or even confused, or searching around for ways to acquire hyrdogen to fill the organ in his body that naturally creates ammonia, forming liquid nitrogen. Just be nice to him and he'll be nice back. :3

~ Enigmatic Dragon/Enigmatic Wyvern information ~

The sub-species Enigmatic, was only discovered recently in the last two-thousand years. But has been dated to have lived over ten million years ago, with almost no need for evolution, except for an upright stance and the diminishing of wing size. Some of these abilities include: electrically charged gas, or plasma, being expelled from the throat, from an unknown organ. The ability to spew liquid nitrogen, thus freezing prey solid within seconds. And even more peculiar, is the ability to survive in a vacuum for years. They often travel by levitation or self-locomotion, and have some degree of telepathic ability. Their horns acting as a receptive sensory organ. And their horns can be made up of various metals, depending on the location they were born in.

Often mistaken as an actual Smoke Wyvern by untrained witnesses. The enigmatic Wyvern can vary in color and markings, often dark gray, or charcoal in coloration. But even though it can be nearly identical to it's cousin the Smoke Wyvern, the Enigmatic Wyvern is often identified by the neon bands on its tail and limbs, which can vary in color and number, depending on the bloodline. These neon-colored bands are also display a form of luminescence, maybe triggered by a chemical or other unknown means.

Enigmatic Wyverns are hybrid celestial-terrestrial sub-species of dragons. Though as stated before they can only seem to survive in a vacuum for a short time in correlation with their lifespans (up to two-hundred years), their lifespans have been told to span up to the millions. The reason behind this is that they seem to be invulnerable to natural death, as in they cannon expire much like the lifeforms on earth. But they can be killed by other means.

Like every Draconic species, Enigmatic sub-species have a jewel, or gem buried deep into their chest, often protected by scales that are more hardened than the rest of the body. This jewel is their essence, their literal life force. If the body is destroy, the creature's mind, and being are instantaneously withdrawn into the jewel, thus preserving them until found, and becoming nearly immobile. But, however if one were to destroy the jewel before the body, both are destroyed in the same manner, almost immediately. The jewel its self can also be destroyed, post-disembodied. And is rather easy to destroy, much a like a normal crystal. And doing this will cease all existence of the creature.

More research is needed on these illusive creatures. They are highly endangered and often hostile in nature, making capture very, very difficult. Their natural habitat can vary. Deep caverns or large wooded areas are what they seem to favorite. And they prey primarily on..anything that moves. But have been known to be quite omnivorous .
