Yes this is that Kuja-haired bastard :U Though he's grown a considerable mass of hair since he was first designed. Also a ponytail, but you can hardly tell with how much hair there is! XD

When I first clicked on the image, I was like "... He has very floofy, lovely, Kuja like hair. HRMMM. WAIT, IS THAT THAT ONE CHARACTER?!" Hahaha.
Glad I was right. He's an awesome character. I can't wait to see more art of him. (granted that you are planning on doing more. > 3>)♥ I'm all for great masses of hair.
