Something I've actually started about a month ago (like usual) and just recently was able to finish of Candace in a retro cafe with what looks as a teenage Andrina.

The idea for the background was slightly adopted from a request done the month before. The phone was referenced from one my mom had a good 10-15 years ago, just when cell phone technology was first invented.
(If everyone could just completely ignore Candace's right arm, that would be great)
