Long story short: I was streaming Rayman 2 a few months ago (go follow my Twitch btw: https://www.twitch.tv/sertimusthechao) and I wanted to whip up a static PNGtuber real quick for part 2 and beyond. I did this in Artflow on my phone and this was the result.
