Your colors are good, a bit soft but that is a style choice. Your flowers are not badly observed, realistic without being overly done. The basic human head is not bad but you need more structure and more realistic/less anime influence in them. Your pencil that shows here is good but to make the face more realistic/stronger you need to add a bit more dark in some areas and better definition. You clearly have talent and a style, with a bit of study and observation you will become very good I am sure!
