This is a new type of BEA, a possession type bea, think of the ghost doctor of hellboy meets lawnmower man and you got the gist of what she does. The metal is actually restraining her free movement because she is a type of flowing intelligent being that transcended chips and such and is more like energy, digital energy. She can at the whim of her master, get "naked" possess a fur and in turn turn them into a bea obedient to her. She is caring and loving though, you wont see her do that often unless her mistress is in danger and she cant do anything else to save her. Yeah and she blows bubble hearts as well just for cuteness.
