The orange glow bathed her naked form. Such glorious power within her grasp. It sang to her. Such a sweet, maddening song. It was beautiful. It whispered such wonderful promises to her. She couldn’t let the others know. This power was meant only for her. Why else would she have been the one to find it?

She let the orange glow slip between her fingers and back into the pool below. It made no sound. No splash like one would expect a liquid to do. It was silent and silky. So smooth and beautiful.
