Another gameboy pixelart commission :3 Really really happy and surprised how much love those have gotten, didn't expect to do so many of them in such short time.

This one is for KinkyKobold on Mastodon! They were very nice and let me pick which character I wanted to draw so I did my best to give a handful of ideas from each of them, then they picked that one to get completed :>

The prompt for this one was to make it feel like it could be a character from a Kirby game. To achieve that I mixed a bit the original character's design with Dyna Blade and made the non-tail feathers a bit rounder because anything friendly in Kirby is round-coded.

Interestingly the character is covered by cute vines and flowers. Making the flowers was a lot of fun despite needing some trial and error sometimes, but I expected as much.

What did surprise me is the hardest part of making this one was by FAR was : making 5-pointed stars with that few pixels lol
I think what I ended up with works but it's surprising how few valid angles you can clearly convey a 5-pointed star with so few pixels apparently!
