Backstory:
Donna worked as a cop in an Unovan city till she was picked up by Unovan equivalent of the FBI.
During her crime-stopping career, she adopted Mike and Lou. For months, she pursued a pokemon vigilante who would later turn to be Sean Smythe.
After seeing Smythe’s good intentions and nature, she convinced the bureau to let Sean work for them, under her supervision.
Eventually, they would storm a secret Team Plasma base which house a baby mewtwo.
Both Donna and Sean saved the baby pokemon and shared a connection, after much consideration and planning, Donna and Sean were reassigned and relocated to a secret Unovan Lab to look after the Mewtwo; there, she would try to improve the security, keep an eye on Sean, Julian and the pokemon under her care.
