Story so far!:

Dr. Sean Smythe, mid twenties, hailing from Ebony Pond, Unova. Susan the Latias’ owner.
Profession: Pokemon psychology, Doctor working for a classified, secret laboratory in which harbors the “rescued” (retreived) mutant pokemon infant named: Mewtwo JULIAN.

After learning from what happened to previous labs when mistreating previous escaped mewtwos and his passionate for pokemon, he proposed to handle treat Julian completely different: instead of treating him as a weapon, treat him as a child, as one of their own. Him, his girlfriend and their pokemon have pretty much looked after Julian, while the rest of the lab studies/protects him.
