Gumdramon Alley by ScavengerDragon

Gumdramon Alley

Out in the digital world just about anything could happen. Strange happenings weren’t unusual. Meat grew on trees and there were mushrooms that tasted like roasted ham even before they could be set on a fire. It was a good evening. One such digimon was enjoying his evening by gazing up at the warm orange sunset that was filling out the horizon, though it was hard to miss the occasional pixel of a cloud as it’s code passed through the sky.

Out and about searching for something to eat was a unique hybrid of a digimon that was known as Silentmon, they for the most part looked like a rather normal looking Shoutmon. At least from a distance. His head, feet and handpaws were the traditional red but his lower jaw, claws and powerful limbs were all black. And if one looked closely enough they’d see what amounted to a Hackmon’s armored tail.

The digital world could be a strange place, teeming with mystery and danger around every corner. And if he was in a more adventurous mood he’d probably be out looking for some of those meat apples that the local Gabumon have been raving about in the woods, but he just got into this town and he didn’t want to leave it without at least exploring a little bit.

“There’s gotta be something around here. Hmm?” Night, which was the Silentmon’s name was poking around for some kind of restaurant but most of them were just a little over his budget. It’s a shame. He thought he might be able to afford a round of food from Digitamamon’s restaurant but they’d just raised their prices. Cheapskates, that’s what they were. He was lucky to have been able to find a place to stay at all with what bits he had hidden away in his bandana.

He was just about to put his quest to a halt and return back to the inn when he heard an unusual noise. More so than what was the typical oddities of the digital world. It sounded almost like rubber being stretched out and snapping back into place. If anything the sound reminded Night of some of the old cartoons that he’d heard about in the human world. Rather goofy in his mind but something that might lead to well…SOMETHING.

The sound in question was coming from a more abandoned part of town. An Alleyway that was scarcely being used save for maybe a few Digimon hoping to take a shortcut to their next destination. It was dark, mostly because of a few of the buildings in the city that created an overcast in the area making sunlight scarce. But still, the Shoutmon hybrid pressed on with thoughts that even if his tummy might be rumbling he might at least find something that could fill his belly. Even a little bit.

He peered around a wooded fence that separated the main city from this back alley but didn’t see anything but his ears could still here strange sounds coming from the end of this place. With a small breath he stomped through, kind of keeping his back pressed against the wall as he crab walked towards his destination. He didn’t want to leave himself completely wide open. Plus a dead end like this…creepy. But when he got to the end, he didn’t really see much of anything. “I could have sworn that there was something here.”

He took his back away from the wall and began inspecting every inch of his new surroundings, including a huge stone rock that marked the end of the alley. He gave it a few pats with his paw, thinking whatever the sound was could have been the boulder coming loose but when it failed to give way even with a pounding he decided it wasn’t so flimsy and out of place that it couldn’t possibly be what he was looking for.

“I can’t believe my luck. You really fell for it.”

A voice! And again the sound of rubber stretching itself out sounded as though it were NOW coming from behind Night. The Shoutmon turned around only to see a rather flexible and stretchy tail wrapping itself around him! His arms completely bound to the sides he realized he’d now been effectively captured. His footing had been tripped up by the sudden weight added onto him that he fell onto his back, now affording him at least the opportunity to see whom had caught him.

It was dark in the alley, but with the sun’s changing positioning he was soon able to make out much more definition in his captor’s face. No to mention the hammer that was attached to the tip of their purple tail, pointed right at his face as if ready to use it on him if needed. But something else was different. He recognized the little purple dragon, that X shaped scar on their forehead as Gumdramon but where there should have been scales he instead found the texture of the tail surrounding him to be more like a latex rubber.

In fact…as the sun hit their body they were mostly shiny. Like a big overstuffed balloon, yet it was holding him down pretty easy, even laughing as if it had just accomplished a really big prank. “I really can’t believe you heard my trap and came running. Most of the mons here don’t really come down this path. Dead end y’know.”

The Gumdramon’s voice had a bit of a squeak to it. Even their body felt lightweight when Night really put his mind to it. He probably could have forced his way out of the tail’s bindings but a firm squeeze around his chest made him let out a squeak of his own. How could a rubber toy have so much pressure…! “Urk! Yeah…Fantastic prank. What are you gonna do now?”

The Gumdramon, feeling somewhat disappointed by the lack of worry in the Shoutmon’s eyes left it huffing a bit. They reached down and started patting Night on the head, each time their paw tapped the metallic surface of the Shouty there was a brief squeak, only further feeding into their confusion. “Well you SEE I kind of needed someone like you to come around. I need something just my size to fit into my body for stuffing y’see?”

The Gumdramon kept it’s tail around Night’s body and gave an extra squeeze just to keep them in place while revealing to them the zipper that ran along to the base of it’s tail up to his chest. It was already open, like a great maw of plastic that was eager to chomp down on Night. It would be then that they would finally piece it together that this Gummy was in fact a plush toy. A rather flexible plush…but still a plush. “I need stuffing. And you’re just the right size. So…help a draggy out!”

Night couldn’t believe what he was hearing. Even more so this Gumdramon was quite fine with holding him down. That was until the tail was lifting him up and right towards that open zipper. At this point Night was panicking. He tried to wrestle with the coils to get his arms free, legs kicking defiantly as he tried to bat away that zipper to avoid being shoved into it. “Wait! Let’s…nnngh…talk about this!”

But the Gumdramon didn’t seem like they were ready to do any sort of talking. If anything despite Night’s struggles they were quite easily able to work those thrashing legs past the zipper, slowly working the rest of their body in that chest/stomach cavity that as Night would find soon enough to be quite empty. It was a wonder the Gummy could move at all.

This could NOT be happening. All he wanted was some food. Night never thought that basic necessity would wind up with him in a situation like this…! The Gummydramon had him dead to rights, and despite the struggles his flailing and flopping body was making, he was quite easily a fish out of water with how tangled he’d became. Only once he was fully encased within the Gumdramon’s body did that tail release him, the zipper almost immediately closing up behind him as if on the plush mon’s will.

He’d been released from the coils that suppressed him only moments before but now, as he felt around trying to break out of his new prison Night was already getting his nerves in a twist again. He’d push outward in one direction, trying to force the plush to burst so that he might make his escape but their elasticity was like that of a real Gumdramon. Whenever he pushed out, there’d be a moment where he’d have a little extra room before the fabric would snap back into place, jostling him around inside and leaving his head ringing. “Oww…ok. That isn’t helping…!”

Then he heard a snap. On the outside, the Gumdramon had used his tail to break the zipper, trapping Night within them for good as a playful giggle came out of their captor. They’d won and they knew it. Even as Night was shouting inside of him, calling out for someone, ANYONE to hear him and break him out of this strange, elastic room he found himself in.

“Don’t you worry your cute head. But I guess I might as well tell you my plan or you’ll just keep hurting yourself.” The Gumdramon was leaning against the same rock formation that Night was pushing and punching at only moments earlier, idly watching his belly area as the Shoutmon tried to force his way through. Watching the face bulge of his prey, even using one paw to trace along the sharp horns that normally would have worried him…before pushing them back down into place.

“See, I kind of needed you. Well…it could have been anyone but I needed someone to feed my fabrics. So that I can be a real digimon. It just turned out you drew the short straw so to speak… But you get to be a Gumdramon. We’re super stretchy so that should be a consolation prize!”

It didn’t feel like one. Night didn’t know what that would actually entail. But he could see, the longer he stayed inside this Gumdramon, it wasn’t simply that they wanted his weight inside them…Cotton was starting to form around his body, things one might normally find in stuffing of a plush toy. “You’re the perfect size for me. You’ll be happy inside me.”

Night was anything BUT happy. As more cotton and fluff began to envelop him he would start shouting with much more urgency. His voice not carrying out very far thanks to the latex that surrounded his body…Gumdramon’s rubbery form made for insulation that prevented noise from traveling very far. Soon even his strength to push out was gradually fading from his body. “This isn’t happening…Nnngh. Let me go…! I’m not stuffing!”

“Ehehe but you are.” The Gumdramon shot back. He could feel the cotton that his body produced beginning to stiffen Night’s movements. By the end of the day, Night wouldn’t be able to move without the Gumdramon’s say so.

While at the same time, the Gummy dragon was feeling their own strength growing. Night was not gone, in fact their body remained safely within the stretch dragon’s own, safely stored within, but now for the most part completely encased within soft cotton that drained his strength. Soon enough, even the zipper that he’d used to consume Night had begun to disappear along his back, becoming smooth purple latex skin that was completely sealed off.

Both would feel revitalized, even if Night on his end was trapped in a position where he wouldn’t actually be able to make use of that vitalization. The Gumdramon however would smile down at his belly, giving it a few idle rubs knowing that inside was a life that was now linked to theirs. Night would live now as part of the Gumdramon wherever their adventure might take them.

For the Gumdramon however, he felt an unusual pain in his middle as his belly started growling. The sensation caught him by surprise, so much so he took a few extra moments to rub over their tummy as if to sooth it. “I guess since you and I are one, I kind of took your hunger too…alright let’s go get some grub…!”

With newfound strength, and the urge to eat something, the Gumdramon would waddle out of the alley and into the digi-city to finish what Night’s quest had initially been in the first place. Only now they would be completing it as part of Gumdramon.

This is another story commission I was well...commissioned to write! Involving a Gumdramon plush. Only this plush is very much sentient and wants to be a real mon! My friend: Night, Whom is a Shoutmon/Huckmon hybrid will definitely be helping out with this. Whether he wants to or not! X3

No Shoutmon's were hurt in the making of this story~

Night belongs to @nightsilentmon on Twitter. Go ahead and give him hugs! He deserves it for being an awesome pal ^.=.^
