Another one of scaler's forms his ottsel form it deals with agile speeds and evation.

i also originaly posted this to show that im now finaly redrawing ottsel scaler better then ever and with blue hair which im going to do for the other forms as well to give it more of a hairstyle other then just not enough details on him.
