I took this picture a few years back with an older Sony digital camera that had great zoom but low 2.1 Megapixel Rating, Also it used Floppy Disks for media which had very little storage capacity and unreliable. (floppy disks are known to go bad and the photos I took are gone forever on em) It was a great camera and I would love to have a Memory Stick floppy Disk adaptor for it so I can use it again with the extra memory as it does take great shots even though it's only 2.1 MP and had a better study shot than my Kodak Camera I use now.

Anyway on the subject of the bird here. It's is a Red-Tailed Hawk. I took it near a cable tower down the street from my dads old house. We always had a pair of Red-Tailed Hawks hang around this area so we called em Heckle and Jeckel. They still hang around this area, but I never found where their actual nest is. This guy does notice me here and is giving me a wing wave. Isn't that cool?
