Hi! I saw you requested critique so I'll try to help. First off, I think you chose a very nice palette, the colors go well with each other. Your lineart is alright but I think there's room for improvement there. In my opinion it will look better if you avoid leaving gaps and "overlapping" (there's probably a better word but I don't know it) lines like the ones in the hair next to the right eye.
I noticed the eyes are both at different heights and different sizes, which looks odd. Remember that symmetry is very important when drawing faces, sketching some guidelines first may help. Also consider using references, it's a quick way to avoid mistakes. If you flip your drawing horizontally you will be able to see any mistakes easier (you can use a mirror if you're working traditional).
Other than that I think you did a great job! Keep practising and don't worry if it isn't perfect, that's how we learn :)
