Alakulo (down dry literally) is Finnish for melancholy.

This is speedpaint of about 30-40 minutes, inspired by Jouko Sirola's book Etsijä ja hänen neljätoista elämäänsä (Searcher and their fourteen lives). In that book there were birds, that instead of flying with their wings, hanged from metal wires coming from out above. That said book was a little too surrealistic for my brain, but god darn that was an awesome idea!
