One of Sapph's beloved pets, even with the markings, though Sapphirus doesn't create birds, only dragons/dragon hybrids which is part of her Deity life/creation ability as a Goddess, that and breating elemental abilities in them. Lets just say she magically put those markings on Hootini's face. LOL!
