Nothing is known about who the Australian Doberman known as Dirtbag used to be before he became a monster made from living black slime, but it is well-established that he is perhaps the cruellest, most sadistic, and truly evil villain of Beacon City.
At last, we have Dirtbag, seen here having infested and possessed Streak's body! No doubt the villain is going to use the helpless hero to commit all manner of crimes!
