Made for a 21-22" head, features:

acrylic eyes hand painted
specially casted vampire bat
translusent realistic teeth
multi-layered airbrushing
super nice fur (seriously I really like it)
New ears style (not the best casts, but I'm deducting that from the price regardless since they are usable)

Only real issue that I can tell is that one of the hinges kinda pinches my ear a little bit but it kinda isnt a big deal if you wear the normal balaclava.
