His name is Hurmat and he's a "Guard Dog" to a Muslim Prince.
Guard Dog actually just being a fancy high end pet. Hurmat's spoiled and enjoys the luxuries he has very much. He's also docile, and not bratty when it comes to his luxuries .

He often can be found in the Prince's Oasis Garden, watching the Cleer the Prince also owns tend to the plants. They both enjoy each other's company greatly, even if the Cleer is not much of a talker.
