Shiroi: (thinking and slurping up noodles) "MMM...so tasty!! Can't ever work on an empty stomach."

A colored commission I got last week from Foxena. Whenever she's feeling down, or when she's not working as a Kemo Angel protecting the world from any evil demons and monsters, studying in college for a non-magical girl related career, or doing some of her favorite hobbies such as reading books (nature books, Scriptures, any shoujo, magical girl, light or fantasy novels, art books and manga, biographies of musicians), playing music on her harp and singing songs, or relaxing and walking in the good old outdoors, Shiroi enjoys going into a restaurant and slurping down a bowl of her favorite comfort food, yaki udon (焼きうどん) noodles, here with bits of snow pea pods and carrots, and well, she's a bit like Goku and the hobbits of Hobbiton when it comes to the food department, very fond of food, though she doesn't eat second breakfasts or six meals in a day.

Yaki refers to cooking methods that use heat or fire, like "bake," "grill" or "fry", and udon noodles are thick Japanese noodles made out of wheat flower, being thicker than lo mein, ramen and soba noodles. I had them twice at a restaurant that served a mixture of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai food, and they were tremendously enjoyable, the thick textures of the noodles being very pleasant to chew, and as a pasta lover, they've become my favorite type of Asian noodles and would highly recommend them to anyone who loves pasta and Asian food, and you could say this is a bit of a personality trait Shiroi shares with me. This picture also shows how this ewe not only likes to wear blue clothes, but also likes to use chopsticks and food dishes of the same color, as it is one of her favorite colors, no matter what light or dark shades it is, although she likes other colors like green and white, those are the other two she loves best.
