Officer Jessyp (Pronounced Jess-up) Bell and his K9 Unit partner, Coburn the drug sniffing dog.

Jessy won't shut up about himself so far. He's extremely mouthy. It's difficult to get him down on paper with how fast he's going, but there will definitely be more on Jessy, and perhaps Coburn in the future. I can't really draw animals though, so I'm astonished at how much Coburn actually resembles a dog.
