Shinobu is a Luxwan (Or Madame/Madamu, the Luxwan name is an unofficial name from the original Pokemon translator) who lives in an isolated area of Kitakami, she's a strong yet lonely Pokemon, looking for companionship after her daughter left the nest, so to speak, for her own adventures.
