Getting this uploaded really quickly. I'm a little behind on my themes now because I haven't been feeling well the past couple of days. I sucked it up and worked on this because it has a deadline.

Entry number two for the contest being held by Sotoro. The contest is a designing contest. I looked through some of her suggestions and one said lots of blue with a little bit of yellow. And I really wanted to do something with that. And then I threw in some green because I thought it looked nice.
Then I realized this guy looked like he could probably glow in the dark.
Back feet are hooves because why not?

I don't quite know what this guy is.
