No To AI (images)

Ryan-SilverFox

It's been a heck of a few years for artists. Now that N/F/Ts are slowly dying off, we suffer a new way for people to profit without permission and make artist's lives miserable. AI-generated images (I will never call them art) commonly steal work from artists to make cheap amalgamations without permission. These thieves have so far done pretty heinous things all for the sake of cheap, easy profit.

What makes it all the more sickening is that platforms and programs artists use to create and share their works have seen the dollar signs rather than try to protect those people (I am not aware if this site is included). Artists trying to protect themselves and their rights have been met with cynicism or outright ignored.

Although I've stated a small statement in the image, I'll re-state it here.

I do not support AI-generated image generators in their current form and, until they are properly regulated to protect people (artists especially), I will not support them in any way.

(also, since some people might not get the joke in the image, Pixel as a character is an AI and was created long before this whole AI-generated image garbage reared it's ugly head)
