I like the slightly rotated perspective; those can be harder to do than side-on.

Your line-art is quite clean, but all the same weight. If you like doing toony art, I would suggest looking up line weight and how to use it. John K has a good primer on it here and elsewhere on his blog. (John K's blog is a fantastic resource for cartoonists! It's aimed at animators, but many of the principles apply to static cartoons and even non-cartoon art.)

I would pay attention to the lines on the belly and try to make them wrap around the body's form better. On the left side of the picture, the belly looks quite round, but on the right side it looks flatter. You could try drawing lines on a round object with a washable pen, and rotate it to see how it looks. If you have a Dragonite toy, or a toy of a similar creature, even better. Drawing toys can be good practice because they're small and easy to put wherever you want. (I know an artist who uses a Spiderman toy for figure posing because it's got a more realistic body and has more articulation joints than a normal artist's mannequin!)

The Dragonite appears to be looking at something out of frame, but I can't tell what. If you could include something for it to look at, that would make the picture tell a little story and be more interesting.

Oh, never expected some real critique on this.

Yeah, I agree with ya. I used a Dragonite model in Garry's Mod as a reference for this, and I had a pain posing it, so it may have been a bit off proportion. Also, this was done quite awhile ago, and I'm trying to get out of the simple line and color art as seen here, but I'll still look at what you suggested.

      Thanks!
