this lil guy is a genderless creature that reproduces asexually. the more food it consumes, the bigger its tail gets. once it reaches a certain size, the tail will fall of and a new creature will grow from it, and possess the tail of its "mother". once a creature has created another creature, its tail will not grow back. this animal is magical in nature, and the feather on its tail keeps it lightweight, even when it grows to its full size.
