So Pittsburgh has a pedal-powered tour bus...thing. I guess that can work.
I don't see anything like that catching on in New England. Portland has too many hills and Boston has too many psychotic drivers. We do have duck tours, which are also cool.

(Note: I grew up near Boston and cheerfully admit to being a psychotic driver when I'm behind the wheel)
