I'm honestly not sure what the statue is of (and Google wasn't much help). If anyone has some knowledge to provide context, I'm curious to know.

This delightful creature is a "Kinnara", there are quite a few beautiful examples at the old Imperial Palace in Bangkok. Here's a Wikipedia link to them.
